Wingfoiling is the exciting new watersport that has taken the world by storm in recent years. The sport is still relatively new in Norwegian waters, and we now offer a complete weekend course for those who want to truly master wingfoiling! Dreaming of silently gliding around the islands of Ryfylke or riding the power of the waves along the coast? Then you should secure your spot on our weekend course!

Who is the course for?

  • Beginners with no prior experience

  • Anyone eager to get a faster start in wingfoiling

  • Controlling the wing on land

  • Safety related to weather, wind, and choosing the right spot

  • Body positioning and weight distribution on the board

After a solid introduction on land, we head out onto the water:

  • Training balance, power control, and basic steering on the water

Day 2: Foiling and Advanced Techniques

With the fundamentals in place, Day 2 focuses on progressing further:

  • Managing height, speed, and direction on the foil

  • Efficient use of the wing in varying conditions

  • Water training with the support of a safety boat (not available at all locations)

Why a weekend course?

Wingfoiling is physically demanding and requires time and practice to master. By spreading the course over two days, you’ll have time to absorb the techniques, rest between sessions, and build up your skills safely and effectively. Our experience shows that students who get a full weekend of training achieve faster progression and have a much better experience on the water!

Recommendation:
Our weekend course provides a thorough and effective start to your wingfoiling journey. If you want to take your skills even further, we also offer private lessons and follow-up courses.
